Welcome to our totally rad returns policy!
We’re here to make things clear, fair, and full of 90s good vibes, while still following the super serious grown up rules of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
✨ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
(AKA: When something arrives more cursed than a scratched CD)
If your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or just plain wrong, don’t stress, ACL has your back and so do we.
Here’s what to do:

Contact us as soon as you spot the issue (within 5 days, but sooner = smoother).

Your order number

A clear photo or video of the problem

We’ll check it out faster than your Tamagotchi needed feeding.
If the item doesn’t meet ACL guarantees, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, and yep, we cover return shipping when it’s our fault.
Major issue?
→ You choose refund OR replacement.
Minor issue?
→ We fix or replace it first.
Totally free. Totally fair.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges (Non-Faulty Items)
(AKA: “I ordered the wrong size” or “I changed my mind”)
Since everything we make is custom printed just for you, we can’t accept returns for:

Wrong size ordered
-
Change of mind
-
Buyer’s remorse
-
Ordering mistakes
-
“I thought it would look different”
-
“I let my friend choose and now I hate it” 😅
This is fully allowed under Australian Consumer Law because custom made items don’t have to be refunded for personal reasons.
👉 BUT if something on our website was misleading (e.g., size chart wrong, description inaccurate), ACL kicks in and we’ll absolutely fix it.
📦 Lost or Missing Packages
(AKA: “The postie never brought my sweet 90s gear”)
If your order disappears into the postal abyss:

Message us with your order number

We’ll investigate with the carrier
If they confirm it’s officially lost, you get to choose:

A free replacement, or
-
A refund
100% covered. No dramas. No waiting for the next Pokémon season to drop.
🚫 Order Cancellations
(AKA: “Can I undo my order like rewinding a VHS?”)
Once production starts, usually within a few hours to 1 business day,
we can’t cancel your order, because your item is already being custom-made.
If you catch us before production begins, we’ll try to cancel it and refund you (minus any payment processor fees).
📮 Incorrect Shipping Address
(AKA: “Oops, I typed my address like it was a Nokia keypad”)
If you entered the wrong address:

We can’t cover the cost of reshipping

A reshipment fee will apply

If the package comes back to us, we’ll hold it for 30 days so you can fix it
If unclaimed after 30 days, we donate it, no refund, since your order was printed correctly.
